Accessible Queue
With Accessible Queue, guests who have an illness or disability can avoid waiting in the physical line for our attractions.
The service was previously called Queue Priority.
During the summer, demand is especially high for our most popular attractions, and queues may still occur even with Accessible Queue. For this reason, Return Time will be introduced at 13 attractions during summer 2026.
Return Time helps reduce crowding and create a fairer system, so that more guests can enjoy a smooth and positive experience in the park. The goal is a better guest experience for everyone.
Read more about Return Time further down the page.
To gain access to Accessible Queue, you need to show a signed certificate from Liseberg at Guest Services.
If you have a digital certificate added in the Liseberg app, you can also show it at any of the entrance ticket booths.
You will find the certificate and more information further down the page.
New this year: Return Time
This year, you need to book a Return Time for the following rides:
- AeroSpin
- Balder
- FlumeRide
- Helix
- Kraftverket
- Kållerado
- Lisebergbanan
- Loke
- Luna
- Mechanica
- Rabalder
- Stormvåg
- Valkyria
Please note that the time you book is the earliest possible ride time. You do not need to be at the attraction at that exact time. You can ride at any time after the stated time.
The other 25 attractions do not require a Return Time. For those, you go directly to the entrance for Accessible Queue and show your wristband.
Certificate
If you require Accessible Queue access, you need to present a signed certificate from Liseberg when you arrive at Liseberg Park. Click the button further down the page to view the certificate.
The certificate should be shown at Guest Services, located at the North and South entrances.
International attendant cards and the EU Disability Card are also accepted.
The certificate is valid for three years from the date it was signed.
The questions and answers further down the page explain everything about the certificate.
