Check-in is from 1.00 PM for caravans, motorhomes, and tents. For rooms/cabins, check-in is from 3.00 PM. If you arrive after the reception is closed, please notify the reception by calling +46 031-400 100.

Check-out is no later than 11.00 AM on the day of departure. Any extension or late check-out is subject to availability and at an additional cost.

From 15 September the season comes to an end, and we refer our guests to our other accommodations: Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel and Lisebergsbyn.

Service buildings
Lisebergsbyn has a centrally located service house where all utilities, including hot water, are included in the overnight price.

Laundry room
Washing machines and dryers are available for rent, appointments are booked subject to availability, and paid for at the reception.

Sauna
Lisebergsbyn has two saunas with showers for rent, times are booked subject to availability, and paid at the reception.

Rent a function room
It is possible to rent a meeting venue both for private individuals and companies. You can add food and rent glasses and crockery to the premises rent.

Breakfast buffet
At Lisebergsbyn you can buy breakfast at a discounted price if you book in advance via liseberg.se. We offer a lovely breakfast buffet that can be enjoyed either indoors or outdoors with a view of our cozy pond.

Parking
If you live in a cabin or Bed & Breakfast, free parking for one car is included (except for hostels where it is first come, first served). Free visitor parking is available, subject to availability, outside the barriers. It is possible to charge electric cars in the visitor parking lot, for an extra charge.

Entrance and ride passes for Liseberg
You have the option to purchase and collect pre-booked ride passes and buy admission to Liseberg Park in our ride pass kiosk located at the reception. Entrance is best booked through liseberg.se.

Convenience store
A small convenience store is available at the reception. The nearest grocery store is approximately ten minutes away by car.

Wi-fi
The area is covered by a wireless network. During the summer, there may be limited capacity due to the high number of guests. Wi-Fi is included in the price.

Close to nature and places to swim
Around 300 metres from Lisebergsbyn is Skatås and Delsjö nature reserve. There is a fully equipped gym and wonderful jogging and hiking trails. Just 1.5 kilometres from the campsite is Delsjön lake and a beautiful child-friendly beach. It has a jetty, playground and ice cream for sale. Härlanda tarn is a slightly smaller lake with a beach and jetties. A map and route description are available from reception.

Playground
In the middle of Lisebergsbyn is a fun, rabbit themed playground. The rabbits have named it Lisebusbyn! Only the imagination sets the limits to what the children can experience here.

Tennis & Padel
A few minutes' walk from Lisebergsbyn is GLTK, where you can play tennis and padel. There is also a gym in the building.

Adventure park
Skatås, a short walk from Lisebergsbyn, is an adventure park with a high-altitude track, bumper ball and other activities. Feel free to ask at the reception for recommendations.

Payment
Lisebergsbyn is a cash-free facility. We accept the most common debit/credit cards.

Lisebergsbyn has been actively working on environmental issues for many years to reduce the negative environmental impact of its operations. We are also certified with ISO 20121. You can learn more about how Liseberg addresses environmental and sustainability issues here.

Pets
Pets are warmly welcome to us at Lisebergsbyn. In Timmerbyn and Bohusbyn you are allowed to bring pets, as well as the entire camping area. It costs SEK 400 per pet and stay.

Age limit
Lisebergsbyn is a family campsite, and you need to be at least 18 years old to stay with us without an accompanying adult.

The following rules are in place for your comfort and that of other guests. We hope they will contribute to a pleasant stay. These regulations have been established by Liseberg and the Swedish Camping Association (SCR).

• Caravans and motorhomes must be parked with the front facing the road for fire safety reasons. The tow bar must not be obstructed. A safety distance of 4 metres must be maintained between units. For additional fire safety rules, see the campsite map.
• Freestanding tents are welcome and must be set up in designated tent areas, not on awning or tent extension pitches. Party tents or similar structures are not allowed. Hammock tents cannot be accommodated. Roof tents are assigned to awning or tent extension pitches, depending on size and design. Contact staff for guidance.
• Caravans and motorhomes must be registered and inspected.
• Overnight stays in private cars are not permitted, except in specific cases approved by reception.
• Permanent fixtures (e.g., fences) at tents or caravans are not allowed. Gas and electrical equipment must be tested and approved according to current regulations.
• The maximum speed within the campsite is 10 km/h. Violations will be addressed.
• One car per caravan is allowed on awning or tent extension pitches. Additional cars, space permitting, must park in the visitor car park with prior approval from reception. Cars accompanying motorhomes are not allowed in the campsite.
• Liseberg’s Camping provides one parking space per cabin or Bed & Breakfast room. Hostel guests may park on-site, space permitting. Other cars must use the visitor car park. Contact reception for a parking permit.
• Be respectful of other guests and staff. No disruptive behaviour is allowed. Quiet hours are from 12:00 am to 7:00 am.
• Dog owners must ensure their pets are kept on short leads and walked outside the campsite area. Dogs are not allowed in shared facilities such as service buildings, laundry rooms, reception, or breakfast areas, except for guide and assistance dogs.
• Selling goods on or near the campsite requires prior approval from Liseberg.
• Keep the campsite clean and use designated waste disposal stations. Do not dispose of glowing embers or flammable materials in waste bins. Liseberg does not manage bulky waste—contact staff for guidance.
• Smoking is not allowed in cabins, rooms, or communal areas. Smokers must use designated smoking areas as indicated on the site map. A cleaning fee of SEK 3,000 will apply if smoking rules are violated.
• Departure
  Unless otherwise agreed, the campsite pitch must be vacated and cleaned by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Hostel and cabin guests (excluding Bed & Breakfast) must wash dishes, remove rubbish, and strip beds. Additional fees may apply for non-compliance.
• Liseberg is not liable for loss or damage to guests' belongings. Those who damage property or other guests' belongings may be held responsible.
• Be mindful of nature and help preserve the area.
• Filming or photographing staff or guests without permission is prohibited.
• Liseberg staff reserve the right to remove guests who do not follow the rules. Fees may apply for violations.
