Certificate
If you require a personal attendant, you need to present a signed certificate from Liseberg when you arrive at Liseberg. Click the button further down the page to view the certificate.
The certificate should be shown at Guest Services, located at the North and South entrances.
International attendant cards and the EU Disability Card are also accepted.
The certificate is valid for three years from the date it was signed.

Questions and answers about the certificate
- Download and print the certificate.
- Ask an authorized person to sign the certificate.
- Bring the signed certificate to Liseberg.
- Show the certificate at Guest Services.
- The staff will help you with a personal attendant wristband and explain how it works.
A person who is familiar with your illness or disability can sign the certificate.
The person must work in healthcare, support services, or education.
Signing the certificate is voluntary. The rules may vary depending on where in Sweden or Europe you live. Therefore, Liseberg cannot guarantee that everyone will be willing to help with the certificate.
The following people can sign the certificate:
- Health care professionals (e.g. doctor, nurse, psychologist, welfare officer, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist)
- Special needs instructor/teacher/classroom assistant from special needs school/preschool/school
- Support pedagogue, accommodation supporter
- Assistance company
You choose who will be your personal attendant. The attendant must:
- be at least 16 years old
- be able to show valid identification
The certificate is valid for up to two personal attendants.
If you need more attendants, they pay the regular price.
Yes. The first time you visit Liseberg, you must bring the completed certificate.
You can show it on your phone or on paper, as long as all the information is clearly visible.
Once Guest Services has approved your need for a personal attendant, they can help you register an annual pass in the Liseberg app.
The annual pass shows that you are entitled to receive a personal attendant wristband. More information can be found in the rules on the certificate.
Once you are registered in the Liseberg app, the next time you visit you can collect a personal attendant wristband by showing your annual pass at:
- The ticket booths at the North and South entrances
- Guest Services at the North and South entrances
The annual pass is valid for three years from the date the certificate was signed.
