Accessibility

• You need to have stability and muscle strength in your upper body and neck.
• You need to be able to hold on with at least one hand.
• You need to have two legs that extend to the knee joint.
• You may ride with a prosthesis, provided there is no risk of it falling off during the ride.
• If you use a wheelchair, you need to be able to transfer, either independently or with the help of a personal attendant, between your wheelchair and the attraction’s gondola.
• You may ride with a cast.

Entrance

For guests with disabilities, entrance is via the attraction’s exit.

Accessible Queue

• If you have Accessible Queue access and can walk up and down stairs, enter via the virtual queue entrance.
• If you have Accessible Queue access, you need to book a time for your ride. Read more about Accessible Queue and time booking.
