Use the form below to cancel your visit. Admission, All-in-One and Pentathlon+ can be cancelled at the latest by 10 am the day before the visit. Repurchase of annual passes is only possible as long as the pass code has not been activated. Your refund will be processed via Klarna within 3-5 business days.
