Fraud and security
We place great emphasis on security and having secure solutions for all our services so that you can feel safe as a guest. You can also help by protecting your login credentials and personal information. In this way, we create security together and reduce the risk of fraud.
Be aware of fraud attempts
We want to alert you that there have been digital fraud attempts targeting several guests who have booked rooms at the Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel. Fraudsters have sent messages via email, WhatsApp, and Snapchat, pretending to be from Liseberg, with the aim of getting the recipient to disclose sensitive information. We urge you not to click on any links or respond to these messages. Please note that Liseberg will never request this information via phone, email, or social media.

Protect yourself against fraud
Unfortunately, fraud has become increasingly common. Fraudsters are skilled at finding ways to trick people out of money, and anyone can be targeted. We actively work to maintain high security and reduce the risk of you being subjected to fraud. However, it is also important that you remain vigilant.
Tips and advice on how to protect yourself
- Never disclose card details or personal information.
- Be suspicious if you receive an email or SMS asking you to click on a link and provide sensitive information, such as codes and personal details. Never follow such instructions.
- Use unique passwords for your most important services, such as your email, bank, and e-identification.
- Never allow anyone to remotely control your computer or phone.
