Annual pass
Can one buy Liseberg Pass and Gold Pass at the entrance?
The easiest and most convenient way is to buy and activate in the Liseberg app. That way, you always have the pass with you on your mobile.
If you need help purchasing a digital annual pass or want a plastic card, you are welcome to visit Guest Services at the North and South entrances. The Liseberg Pass Senior can also be purchased and activated at the entrance cashier.
How long is my annual pass valid?
All annual passes (Gold Pass, Gold Pass Kanin, Liseberg Pass, Liseberg Pass Senior and Liseberg Pass DUO) are valid for 12 months from the activation date. Remember that your pass must be activated within 3 months of purchase, after which the pass will be activated automatically. In the Liseberg app, you can see the last valid date.
Can I change the owner of a Liseberg Pass/Gold Pass?
Liseberg Passes and Gold Passes are personal after activation. Therefore, you can only give away an annual pass before it has been activated.
I have bought a new annual pass, but when I log in to My Liseberg, I can’t see it?
When you buy a new Liseberg Pass or Gold Pass, it is automatically registered to the email you provided when you paid with Klarna. Try logging into My Liseberg with that address instead, and your tickets will be there. From there, you can send your annual pass to another email if you want.

I have bought an annual pass for my child, but it doesn’t show up in my child’s app
The annual pass has probably been registered to the email address you used when paying with Klarna. Do the following:
1. Log in to My Liseberg in the app with the same email you used for the Klarna purchase
2. Go to “My Liseberg” in the app
3. Click on the annual pass you wish to manage
4. Click on “Manage access to the pass”
5. Click to “Add person”
6. Enter the email address for the Liseberg account that you want to have access to the annual pass.
Now the Liseberg Pass / Gold Pass should also be on this account, ready to be used.
Where can I buy the Liseberg Pass Senior? Can I buy the pass as usual in the app?
Yes, the Liseberg Pass Senior can be purchased in the Liseberg app. It is also possible to buy at Guest Service at the North or South entrance, where you can also get a regular card to keep in your wallet if you do not wish to use the app.
What are the purchase requirements for the Liseberg Pass Senior?
ou need to be 65 years or older. If you buy your Liseberg Pass Senior at the Guest Service on site, a valid ID and a photograph are required. If you buy your pass in the app, you need to be prepared to show identification at the entrance.
Can I buy the Liseberg Pass Senior for the premiere even if I have my birthday later this year?
Yes, anyone born in 1961 or earlier is eligible to buy Liseberg Pass Senior. Please show identification when purchasing at a staffed cashier in the park.
Can I give the Liseberg Pass Senior to someone who is 65 years or older?
Yes, buy the Liseberg Pass Senior in the Liseberg app and click on “Give as a gift”. The recipient then activates the pass by logging into “My Liseberg” in the app and provides their name and age. Only those who are 65 years or older may use the Liseberg Pass Senior – the owner must be prepared to show ID at the entrance.
Are there a limited number of Gold Passes?
No, there is no limit to how many Gold Passes we have for sale during 2024. However, we reserve the right to temporarily pause sales if we have too high capacity pressure on our attractions. This is to maintain high guest satisfaction among all guests.
What is included in the Gold Pass Kanin?
Free admission and free rides in Kaninlandet, Hissningen, Farfars bil, Fisketuren, and Skepp o´skoj during all open days of the park. Stay updated about our open rides and attractions prior your visit.
I see that Gold Pass Mini is no longer sold. Can I still use the Gold Pass Mini this year if I have already purchased one?
Yes, if you have already purchased Gold Pass Mini, you can use it for 12 months from the activation date. Check the last valid date on your pass in the Liseberg app
What applies if I want to refund my annual pass?
Refunds are only possible as long as the pass code is not activated and no later than three months from the purchase date. Refunds are made through your booking confirmation.
Liseberg Pass Duo
Who can I bring as an accompanying guest if I have a Liseberg Pass Duo?
You can bring different people each time you visit Liseberg Park. It can be either an adult or a child, regardless of age.
Do I need to register the accompanying person?
The other person does not need to be registered, but you must enter Liseberg Park together through one of our entrances.
Can my accompanying guest benefit from annual pass offers?
Annual pass offers are linked to the pass holder, who can activate the offers. However, many offers also apply to a friend or companion, so keep an eye out to see what you can enjoy together.
Are rides included in the Liseberg Pass Duo?
The annual pass only includes entrance. Ride passes can be purchased separately online, at the ticket counter, or from a ticket machine.
Can I lend my Liseberg Pass Duo?
The Liseberg Pass Duo is personal and cannot be lent out.
Is there a Gold Pass Duo as well?
No, not at the moment.
Can my child be the pass holder and bring mum, dad, or a friend?
Yes, there is no age limit for the Liseberg Pass Duo.
