You can check in to your room from 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier to visit the park, you can leave your luggage in our luggage room.

We cannot guarantee early check-in, but if your room is ready before 4:00 PM, you are welcome to check in at that time.

You need to check out by 11:00 AM at the latest. If you plan to visit the park on the day of your departure, you can leave your luggage in our luggage room.

To ensure that all guests enjoy their breakfast to the full you need to book your breakfast time. We will send you a welcome email a few days before your arrival date. This will contain a link that you can click on to book your breakfast time.

We do not have any fold-out beds at the hotel, but we do have some cots. If you need to borrow a cot we recommend that you contact Bookings immediately after you make your booking, as there are a limited number of cots available.

We have several luggage rooms where you can leave your luggage during the day. You can use these whether you plan to check in or have already checked out of the hotel.

Apart from the size of the room and the number of beds, the location of the rooms can vary between room types. You can read more about our room types on our website.

In rooms with five beds the fifth one is a pull-out bed. This bed is full-length, but the mattress is slightly thinner and narrower than the other beds so it is best suited to children.

Depending on the type of room it can accommodate from 5 to 7 guests. We also have a limited number of cots. If you need to borrow a cot we recommend that you contact Bookings immediately after you make your booking to make sure we have a cot available.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a room with us. Guests who are younger than 18 years must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other responsible person over 18 years of age. If you book a room for someone under the age of 18 you will be responsible for that person, whether you stay in the room yourself or not.

The age limit for booking our Deluxe Curiosa and Superior Curiosa rooms is 25 years.

If you want to leave the park, ask one of our entrance hosts to give you an arm stamp. When you want to return the park you just show the stamp at the entrance. This only applies on the day you use your admission to the park.

Dogs are not permitted in the park, but we do have a number of rooms at the hotel where dogs are welcome. Contact Bookings immediately after you make your booking to check that a dog-friendly room is available. It costs SEK 300 per dog and per stay to bring your dog along. We welcome up to two dogs per room. Other pets are not permitted.

Yes, there is a well-equipped gym on level 2. There is a lower age limit of 15 for using the gym without a guardian. The gym is fully equipped with, among other things, barbells, free weights, kettlebells, and several different cardio machines. Perfect for those who want to become both faster and stronger! The gym is closed between 10 PM and 6 AM.

No, smoking is not allowed in the hotel. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas outside the hotel.

The hotel is totally cashless. If you make your booking online you pay by Klarna. Alternatively you can use most cards to pay at the hotel.

The hotel is located right next to Liseberg’s South Entrance. Södra Vägen 72, 412 54 Göteborg. Nearest tram stop: Liseberg Södra.

Near the Södra entrance is the newly built five-storey Liseberg Södra parking garage. You will find it in the same building as World of Volvo. The parking garages Liseberg Södra and Liseberg Västra are closest to the hotel.

Parking for electric cars: About 10% of the parking spaces will be charging places for electric cars but are not bookable.

The nearest tram stop is Liseberg Södra, but the hotel is also within walking distance of Korsvägen, which is a major public transport hub in Gothenburg.
