Rebooking
Is it possible to reschedule one’s visit to Liseberg?
Up until park opening on your visit day, you can reschedule your visit free of charge. You can reschedule your tickets yourself through your booking confirmation until 6 pm the day before your visit; after that, you must contact our Customer Service for assistance.
For example: You have booked a park visit on June 15 (the park opens at 11 am), but you need to cancel/reschedule the visit. Until 5.59 pm on June 14, you can cancel or reschedule your visit free of charge through your booking confirmation. From 6.00 pm on June 14 until park opening on June 15 at 10.59 am, you can reschedule free of charge by contacting our Customer Service.
If you want to cancel the tickets after 5.59 PM on June 14, you can do so until park opening at 10.59 am on June 15 by contacting our Customer Service and paying an administration fee of 20% of the canceled value.
